Who cares if it "endorses" them. The Ten Commandments are not a religion. The Constitution refers to congress, one part of a government. The Constitution makes clear there are three branches to Federal Government. Only the Government institution known as congress is prohibited from creating law to Establish an official Government Federal Religion. The courts cannot legislate and the executive cannot make laws.

Any right not given to the Federal Government is a right reserved by the states.

Clearly you do have a reading comprehension problem?
