The Joint Chiefs of Staff are paid to carry out the instructions of the President. Your question is idiotic on it's face

You stated that anyone who could not see Saddam as a threat was stupid. I asked, since the Joint Chiefs advised the President that Saddam was not a threat, were the Joint Chiefs stupid?

The Joint Chiefs are also paid to advise the President on military matters. were they stupid in initially advising the president that Saddam was not a threat?

The question was simple and can be answered with a simple yes or no. Calling the question "idiotic" is not an answer.
