Bush's performance was lousy in the first term, he started a war in Iraq, defocused resources away from bin Laden, yet people voted for him.

The only reason why he is unpopular right now is because gas prices have risen so much.

Let's face it, people don't care about his performance, they don't care about starting wars in countries that had nothing to do with bin Laden, they don't care about ethics, they only care about their pocket books.

Gas prices went up, so Bush became unpopular - that's typical of voters.
