Amy, your mail is for the dogs only because you are addressing a "statistics problem" only as John puts it. The fact being that the US system set up to rely extensively on attracting foreign talent to fill many of the most critical positions is now totally out of wack due to restrictions imposed on H1B, L1 and E2 quotas and application restrictions at bay. But our Teddies and Johnnies of this board like that because that fits their ideas of keeping arrogant Korean and other immigrants out of the country at any price.
