Seems like a sensible plan to me.
A goal that everyone from the individual,
to industry, to government, could aim for.


but then, my question is... will very many even try?
or will they want to grab what they can before
it's all gone?

that's the part that i haven't got any feel for.

some people have always made an effort to conserve,
while others seem to take some kind of pride in
burning through resources, or trashing stuff instead
of recycling.

it will be interesting to see if the latter group
can (or will) change their ways.
