Well the current storm of prejudgement is a color from somewhere. That statement seems proof of the wisdom and character of Ms Miers. Judging should exclude politics.

When dems object, is it politics or prejudgement as the main basis?

You anti-American Democrats seem to assume (among your countless other errors) that a reasonable person looking objectively at Roe v Wade, it's pure non-existence in the constitution, and the millions it has slaughtered, would not be repulsed and overturn it out-of-hand.
