If they were, I would not invest ANY money in them. From their website: As a Federal Communications Commission-regulated television channel, WRCF-TV Channel 29 Orlando must comply with all of the FCC’s rules and regulations. New Screen TV complies willing with all of these requirements, and the content found on our service adheres to the standards initiated by Congress in 1996 – the “TV Parental Guidelines” – and specifically to the TV-Y rating (suitable for all children).
