The liberals did no favor for the poor. They need to teach the children proper English and respect for the work ethic...but most importantly...Manners! Manners would be good for ALL the children to learn. I am constantly shocked at the horrible manners of young people and teenagers especially. They barge into elevators without letting people out, they practically knock you down in the mall and never apologize, and cut in front of everyone to be first in line. If you watch them eat at a nice restaurant, they have no idea how to cut their meat or hold a fork..Where are the parents, or maybe the parents don't know. If my kids ever did that, they wouldn't see the outside of their bedroom except for school for a month.
