When a child is created is THE point at determining when abortion is murder or birth control.

A US citizen with all the legal rights given by the US code of laws (inlcuding the right to life) is created at birth. That's obvious. Prior to birth the mother's right to do what she wants to her body generally takes precedence over whatever rights (if any) the fetus may have.

Currently the supreme court has decided aborting a fetus at 25 weeks and throwing it in a trash can is fine, but aborting a fetus at 23 weeks and throwing it in a trash can is murder.

I think you have your number of weeks mixed up, but whatever. And I'm not clear on the specifics of the law here, so are you sure that if a pregnant 30 year old woman aborts her 25 week old fetus she will be prosecuted under the exact same law that she would be if she shot a 21 year old bus driver? I don't know, but I doubt it.

And it's also been decided if a man aborts a fetus at any time it's murder...

I think you mean to say that the only one who has the legal right to abort a fetus within the given time period is the mother carrying the fetus.
