Yes, Kay said of the evidence "if anyone was abused by the intelligence it was the president of the United States rather than the other way around."

Re: "And clearly you were wrong about Saddam saying more to come, and dancing in the streets"

Actually, that's not clear yet (that is, in the form of a report from Iraq, not from Saddam mouth, IMHO). The attitude of Iraq as shown by the quote I found would clearly leave what I believe I recall hearing more than plausible. Perhaps you don't want to admit that. Let me look at your other replies to be sure. Given that quote, it really doesn't matter much to my case for war if I am wrong, again, as you might well have expected.

Re: "Clearly there was no reason to rush to war in Iraq."

That's not clear at all. As Kay said, the evidence he found shows things were worse vis-a-vis terrorists in Iraq, than we'd thought.

Go ahead, call HIM an apologist again, he's the guy whos investigation shows NO signs of being part of any supposed snow job.

Funny that write this: "And clearly you were wrong about Saddam saying more to come, and dancing in the streets"

But fail to respond to my post which contains this:

"BAGHDAD,Al-Iraq: The world saw what was inconceivable. U.S. prestige, arrogance and institutions are on fire. America is tasting what it forced others to taste. America is on fire, and fear and horror have overtaken it from the north to the south and from the east to the west. America is on fire and behind this fire were a thousand, a million, or even a billion hands. For the savage, arrogant America, which is afflicted with megalomania, caused all peoples of the world to suffer from humiliation, starvation, and terrorism. And it is now harvesting what it planted and reaping the fruits of its world crime. . . . The American legend has collapsed the way the World Trade Center tower collapsed in New York."

Perhaps you don't want to draw undue attention to this:

I feel you behave a tad weaselishly.
