LOL... the entire story is a crock. An investigation built on the stupid ranting of a known liar supported in hissyfit by the worshipers of a known rapist still in denial.

All current crock stories will show pure as the driven snow innocent falsely accused.

Clearly Delay should not have stepped down. Michael Brown should not have resigned.
