I think conventional nomenclature should be maintained... otherwise communication becomes confusing. About the "true believer" thing... I agree with the basic premise that public emotion has an impact on the markets, and that it tends to fall into certain patterns... which sometimes are sharp and defined, but often are fluid and vague. Which is natural... that's how emotions are. So, our job as Elliotticians is to identify "structured", tradeable moves -- and not get hung up on the vague ones.
