5ths are notorious for failing, that's true. I still think - until proven otherwise - that the bull topped, and we are in an important decline. If April lows get taken out, that would confirm the bearish outlook. But any new lows would show that the lower line of the ED is definitively broken. For as long as SPX 1206 - 08 is safe, I see no reason even to begin questioning the bearish case.
