Z usually takes until the second day to kick in a bit--but if you're having all these reactions to the Z--and it doesn't seem to be abating the infection (initial clearing of passages and drainage improving), maybe you should go back. Loads of H2O and juice are good... Sudafed and benedryl should help clear too, but maybe it's just taking a bit longer for this one to react...

Ouch. No, no magic. Z pack..... IMO, uneven results in my kids. Headache..... I never considered mine to be classic migraine.... always considered them to be either stress or cluster. A triptan has worked for EVERY headache since I found it.

HIgher doses of amoxy and rotate or multidose abx, rotating is better. Very high doses. You're dealing with a bone infection.
