I believe we need a more realistic and tolerant society. It's ridiculous for instance to put someone in jail for marijuana but allow them to kill themselves with booze and cigarettes. It's also ridiculous to demonize someone just for having consensual sex with another person. As for sex, it's never going to stop, so accept it. The rightwing religious nuts need to realize that sex is not evil. What is evil is hurting people, hurting the earth or destroying yourself. I guess you should have the right to destroy yourself, but hurting other people and the earth, no. I noticed that after Katrina, the Bushies first two suggestions were to eliminate environmental laws and to pay Halliburton another 500 million. That is their priority, as they are owned and operated by the worst part of the oil-gas weapons and chemical business, along with a few others. It's really shameful. But we're all to blame if we tolerate those kind of people running things ever again.
