Then let's apply your logic to many other issues..... Like taxes? I don't want to pay taxes...... You have to understand the other side's logic before you can apply it. As you said, ask five people when a "child" begins and you will get five different answers. That right there should tell you that making a "law" about it is going to cause problems. As for your taxes, everyone agrees with what is ~20% of your $16,000 per year income.....if it weren't for those confusing deductions, there would be no disputes in that matter at all :-)
