Then I went long WLS @ 122.15

AH action on CHCI looks good for my trade. As they caused today's debacle supposedly and now up 5% AH.

Just now I also bought more Telecom NZ (TEL.AX, NYSE: NZT). This on Babcock and Brown (BNB.AX) buying a huge stake in the Irish telecom firm and saying that it was like Telecom NZ and not like the Aussie dominant player Telstra (TLS.AX). Telecom NZ seems to be one of the best positioned telecoms globally. The big question is whether at some stage they can venture beyond NZ and their foothold in Aus via AAPT (which is where I started buying into the AAPT IPO - it was eventually acquired by TEL) and expand globally. That would be interesting. They seem to "get it". The other big question is whether it will matter if you get it or not in the long run in the telecoms business. Or are they all doomed?

Beta now at 0.15.
