I wish I knew sandi. I don't doubt that they have backbone but it sure seems on the issue of defending themselves against the litany of slanders & smears from the left they certainly look spineless. That makes me think they know something we don't know. The only plausible reason I can think of is that if they did fight back, conservatives would not get a fair hearing via the MSM. Why fight back if the MSM distorts reality such that the end result is a Pyrrhic victory? No matter what forum conservatives would choose to fight back in, they would know in advance that the MSM would grossly distort what was said, why they did it & the what real results were. Anything they couldn't distort would get mostly ignored or buried. The spin on any conservative backlash would be all negative all the time. That would insure that most Americans would never know the truth anyway.
