That sounds like a balance of power issue to me.

You keep referencing individuals displaying the Ten Commandments. I'll repeat myself again. This is about the state displaying them not an individual. When there is a plaque in the court house rotunda that is not an individual display. An individual display is on someones desk or cubicle wall. Which is perfectly fine. And anyone who complains about that is a retard.

I don't have a problem with crosses or the word god. Those are not specific to one religion. But the Ten Commandments are. I would be just as much against the display of specific quotes from the Koran or any other religious text.
