AS, I know that you do not understand what you attempt to write about, but, Haliburton is a very good company that tries to make as much money as it can.

It is up to the customer (US) to decide whether or not to pay the bill in full or not. Unfortunately, when one elects less than brilliant leaders, (Kerry and Bush) you end up with poor results.

No bid can be an excellent way for customers to save money. You are confused as always and try to paint everything black. That is not the case.

What exactly is crooked about HAL? What law have they broken?

LOL...you can't respond to Tonto's reply on point, and you can't admit that this: "Bush-Cheney are the no-bid Halliburton contractors, no one else,"

is a lie, given that Clintons Administration allowed no-bid provisions in contracts with Haliburton, and given the fact that you KNOW this, I'm sure.
