Matthew, Waleed may be a "very nice" guy and all, but my point was, in picking out solely his case, was an inquiry about yet another tie to terrorist financing, the MSA. Waleed served as president for a branch of the MSA. The MSA formally assisted three Islamic charities in fundraising, the Holy Land Foundation, Global Relief, and Benevolence Foundation. After that date, all three were accused by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of having serious links to terrorism and were ordered closed. Tony's father served on the board of directors for both Global Relief and the Benevolence Foundation. Tony's brother Khaled, beside his participation in the orgs born of Sami Al-Arian's IAP, like AMC, CAIR and of course the IIRO (financed by Mercy Intl, another "charity" Royer testified that Tony donated to) actively petitioned with these orgs to unfreeze the Holy Land Foundation's frozen assets. My question to you, being as intimate with the Elgindy family as you appeared to have been, did it ever strike you that almost every male family member appears to be involved in fronts that finance terrorism?

Matthew, were you cognizant of the fact that Mother Tereza was a terrorist front? Were you aware, at the time, that Tony's brothers and father were heavily involved with militant Islamic fronts for terrorism? MTHO's tax ID# was bogus. The money was used to bring KLA members into the US with the assistance of another Arab-American politico, Spencer Abraham. One of the former KLA members Abraham assisted Tony getting into the US was the advisor to Kosovo Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi, Rexhep Hoti. You're a lawyer. Are you saying you were oblivious to all these ties to terrorists?

Attorney Tyson, I just read your post explaining WHY Waleed Elgindy sued his brother back in 2000. I have been aware that several lawsuits filed by various individuals were filed back in 2000 in San Diego County against Amr Elgindy. One such action, which was filed the same date in 2000 as the Waleed Elgindy suit happened to be an action brought by Robert Hansen against Amr Elgindy. As you know, Robert Hansen was Tony’s second web master; you were his first, and you were also his lawyer. Attorney Tyson, if you would be so kind could you enlighten me as to WHY Hansen would sue his boss back in 2000? If you would not mind divulging the outcome of this action I am sure that many who read this board, including myself, would be interested in how this lawsuit turned out. Again, if you would be so kind Attorney Tyson, could you tell me, and all others who read this board, did Robert Hansen continue to work for Tony Elgindy after he filed the 2000 San Diego lawsuit against him? THANK YOU Attorney Tyson for your heroic action after 9/11. Your quick, decisive informant action concerning Tony’s charitable activities caught the attention of higher ups in the organization. It became apparent during the investigation into Tony’s charitable activities that Tony was employing two FBI agents who were supplying him with information on business people from the FBI’s closed investigative files. It followed that ties to Derrick Cleveland and others who aided Elgindy in his strong arm shorting activities were uncovered. THANK YOU again for speaking up at just the right time; you are indeed a brave person! .
