I hope this is just a case of media "magnification" of unrelated events.

The college Muslim associations have always been an obvious bed of unrest. The students in these fit the terrorist profile perfectly. And the anti-American cant of the Liberal arts academics reinforces it. Muslim converts are excellent prospects.

OK, this is too much of a coincidence. Three universities with bombs.

When you think about it, security on most college campuses is incredibly lax.

There are also sizeable numbers of middle eastern students on many college campuses, so a few more would not be considered unusual.

Many students carry backpacks.

With football season underway, it would not be difficult to cause several thousand deaths with not a large amount of explosives.
