Rove and Cheney are now on the outs, despite the fact they were running things for the first four years. Andy Card wants to save Bush. The only way he can do this is for Bush to actually apologize or blame others for his "mistakes" in taking us to war. Blame it on Cheney and Rove, that is. Wow, huge political news. Would Cheney and Rove actually go quietly? Will Delay? Who will these hardballers try to take down with them? This should succeed in ripping the Bush administration in half and tumbling their tower of power.
