CLI on the CDNX) has an excellent technology that provides solid capital cost savings as well as similar operating cost savings to municipalities that employ its system. Unfortunately, few have chosen it and sales have been minuscule. The fact of the matter is that sewer and water projects have been few and far between for ALL players in this arena over the last few years. The company did survive the tough times and is making slow but decent progress. I have owned this stock for a long time. Late last year, I sold a percentage of my position for a small profit. As is frequently the case, I probably should have just hung in there as it seems to be picking up headway. The company has struck an excellent partnering relationship with a major player in this field that is favorable to CLI. It is also just completing a major takeover of a much larger related company (both items are covered by announcements). As I think it is starting to make headway, I have bought more in recent weeks. I do not expect any serious stock play until the company makes contract announcements, but I think the current price provides some upside before next spring and it is starting to garner some decent press. I will own a small position until the spring and then add if things start to work out. It is in no danger of going under. Playing "juniors" is not for everybody. As all of us know, they have 10,00 ways to bo bankrupt. On the other hand, when they do work out,..... Best, Earlie
