raymond has stated several times in past , he has plenty of crude supply to keep his refineries busy, he is amazed at the run up in price of crude, also says wrong information about no new refineries in united states as several like xon have expanded. No they do not want to invest in new refineries , they were all losing money ten years ago! Besides they can build a new refinery in other countries much cheaper with less regulations than we will ever give them and if restrictions on imports is lifted the problem goes away.

Unless of course you invest by building new refineries in south america and a dictator takes over. g
