There are both state and federal laws against using a fake ID, so, make no mistake, Tony put himself in a world of trouble doing what he did. He could face many years in prison just on that charge alone. But it has never been alleged he traveled using one more than once, and, as you know, I'm sure they investigated this fully.

Amr will receive a sentence of more than 20 years unless he proffers something of substantial use to the Federal Government.

Does he have anything in his arsenal to use or is the only ammunition left a myriad of posts containing gobbledygook manifestos that are sure to piss off the Judge.
