They're buiding them in China. And Saudi Arabia. It's just another job provider we someday will not have any of in this country.

Exactly. If margins were higher, they'd get built....somewhere. If margins are high enough, they'll get built in the caribbean, or Venezuela and just have end product tankered over. AFA the consumer is concerned it doesn't make much difference if capacity is increased by expanding the current sites or by building "new" in the US. Those memos don't really impress me much, they just document internal discussions over dealing with local competitors, same as in any business. It's tought to be a small fish against big competitors in most businesses.....it is pretty funny to see big oil in the roll as the environmentalists bestest buddies, though....maybe all the green BP adds are on target after all!<GGG>
