Clinton handled Milosovic the right way, like Bush should have done it in Iraq, with full NATO and UN cooperation, gradually squeezing the pincer until the isolated dictator either broke or had to be removed by force. Bush's blunders in Iraq were legion. Trying to occupy such a huge crazy violent country by ourselves was total madness. Bush's lack of planning and lies about the WMD are grounds for impeachment. Cheney too. Cheney especially actually, he lied the most.
