I always remember going in a liquor store in Somerville, Mass., and browsing around. When I decided on the $1.00 sixpack I wanted the manager said, "The last guy who acted like that robbed the store!" When I grinned he said "and it WASN'T FUNNY!" Have they switched off the card readers in the machines? I never even see a human being any more when I buy gasoline. EDIT except when some guy asks, "have you got some spare change for gasoline?" and I say "No, I am using a card."
