Where does it say that Connecticut can establish a state religion?

In my view this state constitution is completely in line with the Bill of Rights.

It says that folks can worship as they desire. That's good. And if they can't vote on a particular date because of absence or religious reasons that alternate provisions will be made.

Says noting about the Church of Connecticut. Says noting about public displays of religious monuments.

Be specific about the particular passage or sentence and what you claim it to mean.
