Some of those observations are incorrect. For example, FEMA was very slow with supplies. City officials had to loot stores to get food and water for workers more than a week after the hurricane. A county judge told city officials that they needed to gather their police together and take the stuff they need from FEMA.

Of course, there were no jailed convicts released in Louisiana.

And there are others that are wrong.
