Tut tut... why do you get so defensive about Bush. I said this problem predates Bush, though I would admit that incompetence and cronyism runs deep, so there you have it my opinion about Bush. I personally think Cheney and Karl Rove are the real people who know how to run the show. Obviously it is not Govt's role to manufacture the vaccine, but you do know the primary responsibility of Govt towards its citizenry, don't you ? Or you want to put blinders on when your almighty Bush sits on the throne and are willing to have him screw you upside down ?
