I may be crazy but I figured it was time to grab some shares at .82 as the collar is as follows: <<Acquiror Stock Price ” means $1.157; provided, however, if, between the Agreement Date and the Closing Date, the Acquiror Stock Price, recalculated as of the average of the closing prices for one share of Acquiror Common Stock as quoted on the American Stock Exchange for the ten consecutive trading days ending on (and including) the trading day that is three days prior to the Closing Date, shall decline below $0.98345 or increase above $1.33055, the Acquiror Stock Price shall be equal to $0.98345 or $1.33055, as the case may be. >>
