Jeffery, its frustration on what is being offered as far as an excuse for attempting to board a plane under a false ID, with forged papers.

As I outlined in painful detail his cover story for what he plead guilty to, makes no sense.

Now he did plead guilty and he was not sentenced yet, so the Judge can take into consideration his comments about the crime, when he is sentenced. Which is why he should not comment on this stuff at all until everything is set in stone.

Now to just keep it simple...look at his excuse again for why he did not pay the extra 200 dollars to fly home legally.

You said he was short on cash even though he had 25,000 cash on him. Lets ignore the cash. You said he needed to sell Jewelry to pay his bills? And he took it to New York to sell.

JEFFERY? Please explain why Elgindy is flying home with 30,000 in jewelry, instead of having sold it for living expenses in New York? Wasn't that the point? To sell it?

It makes not sense that he would need to sell it, and carry it, only to take it 3500 miles from San Diego to New York and not do anything with it.

While Elgindy's posts here are interesting, you should understand how potentially damaging it is for him, before you "help" him anymore with posting it on Silicon Investor.

So far nothing explains the Fake ID flight attempt....and your posting is not really his words, but more of a summary of a conversation.

I will just have to wait until he actually addresses it directly.
