8 months ago, the Prosecution said it was going to to need another month to figure out if it needed to file a superseding indictment.

As they did not, and they have plenty of time, and the Judge was waiting, and superseding indictment came, and others plead out in that time frame, and we are now waiting the the complete sentencing of all parties.

well, considering all that, its fairly clear that this case, for these event, is over.

People can use the taunts to try and say that all shorters were targeted or whatever, but in the end, the prosecutors only went after the participants. Some of those participants may have been bystanders, but ultimately too close to not get pulled in. Such as that poor guy who was hosting Elgindy's website.

Its pretty clear that for this case, for that period of time, it is over. El Fin

How we got on this side track, was because I said that anyone of any significance that could have shown Elgindy to be innocent, could have been called. Elgindy had the resources and the right to bring people in. He could have brought in sworn declarations too. When Elgindy actually says what these Mystery witnesses would have offered to help him defend himself there is nothing to point the finger at. Nothing to even suggest he did not get a fair trial.

This a case, she is a done.
