It's true but irrelevant - NK isn't moving toward capitalism - it is still mired in socialism. 7. "..keep the US from launching nukes into space or selling tactical nukes to all comers." To whom do you think we're selling tactical nukes? 8. I don't know where Saddam's WMD's went - its a shame he didn't disclose that to the UN.
