Since Ronnie Earle has discussed secret Grand Jury matters with people who are not currently empaneled, he has waived the right to maintain secrecy. His best bet to stay out of jail himself is to play the double edge sword of Grand Jury secrecy. He and his assistants have clearly violated the law. He reminds me a lot of Elliot Spitzer. I think Spitzer will be governor of New York soon, perhaps Earle can be the elected representative of his cell block.
