Then presumably he will plead stress as a mitigating circumstance. If the judge agrees - the only vote that counts - then the sentence on those charges will be reduced accordingly. Or the judge will opt for Door #1 that you described.

Since Tony was convicted of being a dishonest racketeer and con man (on top of a previous fraud conviction), he may have trouble convincing the judge he was pure in heart and spirit regarding the fake ID charges.

We will see.
