Sorry, Moonie, the posts you see are from me, the post from other IDs and Aliases are those folks. Don't worry there is not too much to say until Elgindy posts again.

He should not until the verdict is done. Its clearly in his best interest to not do anything which can be perceived by the judge as antagonistic or whatever. His postings could be a negative for him.

Specifically his commentary on the Jury is very bad. He should understand that the Judge brought those people into the court every day, through the Holiday season too. For Elgindy to insult the Judges Jury is just a mistake.

Everything suggest the jury was fair, informed and prudent. The acquitted him on many of the charges. Everything suggest they were a fair jury. So if the Judge sees that Elgindy is questioning the Jury, and their competence for the charges at in question, well it would not be surprising to think the Judge will take it personally.

The Judge has much discretion right now in the length of the charges.

Its in his best interest to shut up and wait.

have a nice day Sung Yung Moonie
