Sub $1.00 stock, selling approx 150 mil shares Where did you get this? These shelf registrations typically last for a long time, and are often done before the money is actually needed so that when time comes, they can take advantage of favorable conditions. You know the volatility on this stock, and that they're not desperate for cash either. I don't see them diluting 40% just to get more money now, especially since they've moved into sexy new markets. FWIW, a 25% haircut on less than half of one percent of the float isn't exactly a stampede for the exits, either. You'll be back. Andre
