The Wizards actually did a large repo drain of 7.5 billion today,

no wonder all the "asset" markets were under pressure. FCBs seemed to have helped out to the tune of a couple billion adds in this week's various auctions. However, that's not really enough given the supply of paper. Through Tuesday the Treasury had net outlays of $20.3 billion, so every auction seems to push the rate higher.
