Problem is, Hugh, we are blowing Billions all over the place, building bases in all parts.

Likely only Iran will get much use out of the bases we build in the south (kinda like an unacknowledged military aid program for Iran!), while God only knows who will be using the bases we are building in the Sunni heartland --- but it sure ain't gonna be us.

Billions down the drain.
