Bush has pretty much guaranteed her Roe vote. Two friends of mine teach law at two different law schools. Both are very liberal and pro-choice. But both think Roe was a bad decision and should be overturned.

So much for 'no litmus test'. :) Ole 'Mossback' will probably be a NO vote... but no one will care about his vote.
