Bush has pretty much guaranteed her Roe vote.

Two friends of mine teach law at two different law schools. Both are very liberal and pro-choice. But both think Roe was a bad decision and should be overturned.

The rest is all noise.

The fun part will the Democrats trying to explain to Neas and his band of traitors how they managed to go 0 for 2 on high court nominations after having blown smoke up his ass for 5 years...

We wouldn't be having these discussions about Meirs or other judges personal beliefs if former idiots hadn't appointed judges who were politicians in robes in the last 50 years.
