BP Texas City remains down for the count, as does Exxon Beaumont, Shell Port Arthur and the 3 St. Bernard Parish refineries....tomorrows oil inventories should be interesting.

Well the good news for NYC and Boston is they don't lose those high paying construction jobs and it's enormous multiplier effect to be lost in fast growing places like Florida, Arizona and Nevada<g>
