The past is irrelevant. I'm thinking about when the real estate bubble will pop. Or whether it's just going to be a slow deflation.

Just as oil is not going back to $20, homes on the East and West coasts will never be affordable again.

Of course, all bets are off if we have a repeat of the 1930s depression.
