The supreme court making law. No where in the Constitution does it cover killing unborn children. The supreme court should have not taken the case. Our congress creates laws, not the court.

Each state had it's own abortion statues and that's the way it should have stayed.


So the USSC should rule in favor of assisted suicide in Oregon?

The legislatures are not representative of the people.

The states should stay out of it.
