Didn't they already outlaw late-term abortions? If so, that's enough. When does "late term" start? I would be for outlawing abortions after 4.5 months unless the mother's life is in danger. Who cares? Almost never happens anyway.

Can you name one case where a woman has had an abortion after 5 months?

A proviso though, basic reproductive rights should remain. Roe should remain. Just with a caveat.
