Mr. Mitchell,

Amr had access to millions of dollars to help build a defense. Surely you don't think all of his lawyers were incompetent.

I prefer to read evidence presented at trial.

It is possible that Matthew P. Tyson is telling the truth in this post.

Actual evidence presented at trial will give a basis for constructive discussion of the events.

It would not have been wise for Amr to take the stand. Mr. Breen would have annihilated him. Amr still had the ability, the dollars, and the lawyers to put on a defense.

What was the defense presented at trial concerning this charge?

I did a little research into some information that was posted by the Mystery Magician. The next to the last sentence at Answers.com brings to mind a question.

It appears that Silicon Investor is not the place to talk about such matters.

However, that sentence makes me wonder why you aren't more interested in the Muslim-Named covert operative for which Amr has been unable to gather any significant information.

That sentence should also make Amr do a little thinking about your role in posting his manifestos which clearly do him more harm than good
