The extremists will fall short of the needed 40 votes for fillibuster. I believe that they can count on 28 solid votes only.

Well, I don't think they (the "right wing") agree with "everyone Else's" objection to Bubya. In your mind, you overestimate Dubya. I feel I underestimate him, if anything. This means I don't think much of him as a statesman and representative of the people, if you will. He's just always going to try too hard to be "real" at it. There is little Reagan in either of our Presidents Bush (mind you, Reagan gave the U.S. a revolutionary tax code benefit for many a common man, the likes of which will nary be forgotten. A tax break unmatched by any now known Bush President - LOLyoumustremember - the brother ruling Florida has always been a more apealing candidate than George). AHHH,HAHAHAHA! VBG...let us ecect a real Libertarian for a change, not Jeb (not even if the Libertarian is against the war in Iraq, IMHO, no kidding, I mean, elect him or her and it'll help, so much do I believe in Freedom).

I heard the rightwing was going to filibuster her if it turned out that she would be confirmed.

I don't think the majority can filibuster under the present rule. Can it?
