just_a_question,
I was NOT asking you; my question is for the lawyer.

Back on 8/23/2000 Waleed Elgindy filed his complaint against his brother Amr there were other complaints filed on 9/15/2000 in the same location.

EIMS Inc. is a gaming stock. This company filed a complaint against Amr Elgindy on 9/15/2000, which is close to the time that Waleed Elgindy filed his complaint against Amr Elgindy. The Hansen complaint was also filed on 9/15/2000.

Attorney Tyson has explained WHY Waleed filed his suit against his brother. It does NOT make sense to try to tie the Waleed Elgindy matter into a complaint filed by Tony's web master and another filed by a company that was engaged in the gaming industry.

Just_a_question, how about taking a seat in the auditorium, and waiting for the lawyer to respond to my question.

Thank you

.

Bingo. I believe Lucky Girl is referring to Cross-complaints against Waleed Elgindy and Robert Hansen in the context of a matter initiated by Anthony Elgindy. I am aware of multiple TROs and another lawsuit brought against Anthony by his wife-to-be and his mother, but not any claims brought by Waleed or Spineless Bob.
